Refund policy

We want you delighted, not discouraged. 

Because the HER Becoming Devotional is a printed, consumable devotional workbook, all sales are final once the product has been used, written in, or opened past the initial packaging seal.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • You submit a request within 7 days of delivery confirmation, with a clear photo or video of the issue, and your order number.

What we’ll do:

  • We will offer a replacement of the same item, or a refund to the original payment method, based on availability.

  • If replacements are needed, we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever is most efficient for your region).

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The item has been written in or used

  • The packaging is intact with no damage

 

 

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A shipping provider error is confirmed (via carrier investigation e.g. FedEx, UPS)

  • The item was reported and verified defective within the approved time window

  • The devotional is no longer in stock and cannot be replaced

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only and may take 5–10 business days to reflect

  • You changed your mind after purchase (we understand, but devotional items are non-resellable once opened)
